At Gute-Nacht-Braunschweig, with us as your private landlord, you'll find the perfect combination of affordable living space without a minimum rental period, personal contacts, and your lovingly furnished home away from home.


Questions & Answers

  • How does the key handover work?

    A key safe allows you flexibility in your arrival time (from 4 pm). The evening before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link to our digital guest directory containing the safe's location and the code.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Arrival: from 4 pm Departure: until 11 am You are welcome to request an early check-in and/or a late check-out. (each 40 euros)

  • Are bed linen and towels included?

    Yes. The bed will be freshly made upon arrival, and towels will be provided. One bath towel, one hand towel, and one small towel are provided free of charge each week. You are welcome to book additional bed linen or towels.

  • What are the payment terms?

    After receiving your booking, you will receive an invoice with VAT shown separately. A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is due within 5 days. The remaining balance is due 10 days before move-in.

  • Am I allowed to smoke in the apartment?

    No. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. You are welcome to smoke outside with the balcony door closed or to use the building's outdoor area.

  • Is it allowed to bring a dog?

    In exceptional cases, bringing a dog is permitted. Please be sure to ask beforehand!

  • Can I cancel my trip?

    Yes. You can cancel free of charge within the first 48 hours. Please see our cancellation policy for further details. Our tip: Take out travel cancellation insurance.

  • How can I contact you if I have any questions?
